Preferred loans – a more profitable form for the profiled customer
Preferred loans are fairly well-developed solutions, and have been developed by our government to support families in purchasing the first owner-occupied flat or farmers in holding in agricultural holdings and special departments of agricultural production in drought, flood or other events that are intense in the course of atmospheric phenomena (natural disasters), which have brought measurable losses.
How does it work in practice?
The State Treasury bears a certain share of the fees due to the bank when paying off each loan instead of the borrower. In order to be granted a preferential loan, we must meet certain criteria that are cost-effective from the point of view of the whole society. It is, for example, programs such as the “First Business” enterprise aimed at the unemployed and those who want to set up the business, as well as promoting the traditional values of “Rodzina na swoim”.
